Product Overview

The slurry pump is a horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump designed for transporting abrasive solid-liquid slurry with solid particles. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal washing, power plant desulfurization, aggregate processing, dredging and building materials industries for conveying mineral slurry, tailings, ash slag and sand slurry. Equipped with highly wear-resistant wetted parts to withstand erosion by solid particles, it features excellent abrasion and impact resistance and serves as key equipment for solid-liquid transportation.

Structural Features

Highly wear-resistant wetted parts

Impeller, throatbush and liners are main wearable components, available in high-chromium alloy or wear-resistant rubber. Materials can be selected flexibly according to particle characteristics of slurry for severe abrasive conditions.

Wide streamlined flow passage

Spacious flow channel reduces vortex impact of solid particles, lowers clogging risk and local abrasion to extend service life.

Back pull-out design

The rotor assembly can be removed without disconnecting inlet and outlet pipelines. Maintenance is convenient and downtime is greatly reduced.

Multiple shaft sealing solutions

Packing seal and mechanical seal are optional. Mechanical seal is equipped with independent sealing water flushing system to prevent slurry intrusion and dry friction damage.

Oil-lubricated bearing frame

Oil bath lubrication achieves good heat dissipation. Bearings carry heavy load with low vibration, suitable for 24-hour continuous operation.

Adjustable axial clearance

The gap between impeller and liner can be adjusted externally to restore hydraulic performance after wear and slow efficiency decline.

Transportation of tailings and concentrate slurry in mineral processing; coal slurry delivery in coal washing plants; ash removal and FGD systems in thermal power plants; mud transportation in sand aggregate plants; river dredging; delivery of particle-containing slurry in metallurgy, building materials and chemical industries.

Suitable Medium

Mineral slurry, tailings, ash slurry and sand mud containing solid particles. Normal medium temperature ≤80℃. Custom models are available for corrosive slurry.
