Product Overview

Vertical submerged slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The motor is mounted above liquid level, and the wet-end assembly (impeller & pump casing) is submerged into slurry tank via extended shaft.

No shaft seal design eliminates leakage risk fundamentally. Semi-open impeller with optional agitator blades enables handling abrasive solid-liquid mixtures with high concentration particles.

It is widely applied in mining, coal washing, metallurgy, power plant desulfurization, environmental protection, municipal dredging for transporting tailings slurry, coal slurry, ash slurry, sediment sludge and sand slurry.

Main Features

No shaft seal, zero leakage

No mechanical seal or packing seal in submerged part. No sealing water required, greatly reducing failure points caused by seal wear.

Optional agitator impeller

Built-in stirring blades break settled sediment at tank bottom, improve suction concentration and avoid accumulation.

High wear resistance

Wet parts adopt high chromium alloy (Cr27). Rubber lining or stainless steel options available for corrosive media.

Wide flow passage, anti-clogging

Large flow channel allows coarse particles to pass smoothly, suitable for heavy slurry.

Vertical compact installation

Install directly on tank cover, no separate pump house required. Submerged depth customizable from 800mm to 3000mm.

Self-priming operation

Wet end stays immersed. No priming water needed before startup, ideal for sump, sediment tank and tailings pond.
